Photography by Annie Leibovitz

It all began in 1995 with 10 alluring beauties on a three-page foldout cover. With the latest hollywood issue fronted by fresh faces Emily Blunt, Amy Adams, Jessica Biel, and Anne Hathaway—Vanity Fair marks the 14th year of its gigantic annual Hollywood Issue, and thus the 14th year of Annie Leibovitz’s spectacular gatefold covers. These classic photographs capture Tinseltown talent and glamour like nothing else. Here’s a look back at all of them. (The left third of each image is what was visible on the cover before unfolding.) Sources/credits: V.F. website & ONTD .

Getting your photo portrait taken by Annie, is one of the biggest honors a celebrity can get, and these days, a very annoying young Disney star is sending apologies to the planet cause of her "naked" Annie Leibovitz's photo in the new V.F. issues, why is that?

Victoria and Albert Museum: China Design Now

Exhibition: China Design Now
Gallery/Museum: V&A [Victoria and Albert Museum]
Website: V&A China Design Now

This exhibition will take you on a journey along China’s coastal cities to experience the country’s creative landscape. The journey starts in the far south, where graphic designers in Shenzhen began to explore new directions in the early 1990s. Next we move up to Shanghai. Here consumerism and urban culture have combined to produce astonishing fashion and lifestyles. Finally, we travel to Beijing, where monumental architecture for the Olympic Games is transforming the skyline of this ancient capital.

China Design Now explores China’s dreams and hopes over the last two decades, from individual designers to the nation as a whole. It is our hope that this exhibition will bring contemporary China closer to you.
